Do you have the facility to upload VMware images to your infrastructure? If so, how? I have a complex RHEL config that I want to deploy.

Yes, it's very easy. We provide an FTP site where you can upload your files, and then you are done. It's very straightforward. If you are looking to do it regularly we offer a SaaS model where you upload your template file once and can then clone that machine for each additional VM you want to deploy.
